After putting on this filter, it was immediately apparent that the water was softer. I have city water and sometimes could smell the chlorine and what not. I got this filter, and two others (one to take out chlorine and one to put in oxygen back into the water). my skin is super clear and soft and my wife says that her hair has seen a significant improvement. we've had ths installed for about a month now.
